It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Green (Gardendale, Alabama), who passed away on May 24, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mattie McHulda Barron Pennington and John Thomas Pennington; her siblings, Deliah Tolbert, Lillie Fields, Maggie Lamar, Nettie Sorensen, Hattie Mae Keith, William Junior Pennington, Samuel Raymond [Bill] Pennington, Irene Booth, Huey Pennington, Neddie [Boot] Moore Sligh, George Pennington and Jimmy Pennington; her daughters, Pat Overton (Virgil) and Penny Ray; her grandchildren, Jason Overton (Sherree) and Melanie Ferguson (James); her great grandchildren, Alexandria, Samantha, Ashley, Holt Ferguson, Courtney Reeves (Dylan), Chandler Overton and Isabella Dawson; and also Reunions. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
