She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Waters and Ella Loree Almon Waters; and her brother Rex Neal Waters. She is survived by: her children, Terry P. Todd of Austin, TX, Tami Todd (Ken Romain) of Northport, AL and Thomas Mitchell "Tommy" Todd, Jr.; her grandchildren, Robert David Grimes, Christy Miller Campbell, Amanda Todd Bryan (Adam), Thomas M. "Trey" Todd, III (Tiffany) and Hannah Nicole Miller; and her great grandchild Anthony Blake Campbell.
Regretfully, due to COVID-19 protocols, the family will not receive visitors.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Greater Birmingham Humane Society or the Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter.
