She is survived by: her children, Barbara Ross and James F Hazelwood III; her grandchildren, Michelle Pouchert, Christopher Ross (Renee), James F Hazelwood IV (Michelle), Kevin Carter (Amy) and Ashley Ulbrich (Jeremy); and her great grandchildren, Logan Myers and Lynlie Ulbrich.
