She was predeceased by: her parents, James Church and Lois Church; her sister Stephanie; her brother-in-law Michael Hobe; and her daughter Brittany.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dalton Guleff and Stephanie Guleff; and her nephew Scott Hobe.
