He is survived by: his children, Jeff Kitchens, Christopher Ray Kitchens and Nancy Erica Sue Kitchens; his grandchildren, Christopher Ashby and Savannah Ashby; and his siblings, Jesse Kitchens, Harold Kitchens, Linda Estes, Brenda Carter and Cindy Gail Hancock. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
