He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen Joan Belcher; his parents, Roy Belcher and Lillie McCarty Belcher; his siblings, Mary Ozelene Todd, Lula Wear, Gradis, Herschell, Eldridge and Russell Belcher; his daughter-in-law Kim Belcher; his granddaughter Michelle Logan; and his great grandchild Blaine Logan.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Martha), Richard (Donna), David and Geoffrey (Miriam); and his grandchildren, Nathan, Jared, Daniel, Grant, Leah, Gavin, Jackson and Claire Belcher.
