He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Weaver and Frieda Weaver; and his daughter Shirley Michele Weaver. He is survived by: his sisters, Teresa Renshaw (Bob) of Birmingham, AL and Louella Scarbrough (Wallace) of Albertville, AL; his stepson Shawn Owens of Vestavia, AL; and his aunt Edna Loebler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
