He was predeceased by: his wife Emma Ruth Cherry Biggers; and his parents, Stephen T. Biggers, Jr. and Clairette Rogers Biggers. He is survived by: his children, Teresa "Terry" Smith (Randy) of Hayden, AL and Stephen T. Biggers, IV (Linda) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Courtney Biggers Hertel (Tim), Lindsay Biggers (Jay), Melissa Smith Starling (Andy), Stephanie Biggers (Joe) and Jessica Harbison (Matt); his great grandchildren, Thomas Hertel, Clark Starling, William Starling, Rivers Harbison and Micah-Smith Harbison; and his friend Alexander Hamilton Stephens.
