She is survived by: her son Jacob Self (Christina); her granddaughter Kyndall Self; her brothers, Nelson Sharit (Marcy) and Howard Sharit (Gail); and her granddaughter Lindsey Self. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
