He is survived by: his wife Melissa Cox Justice of Mount Olive, Alabama; his son Michael Justice of Gardendale; his grandchildren, Liam and Marielle; his daughter Alisha Sloan of Smokerise; his parents, Neal Justice and Betty Justice of Sylvan; his sister Vicki Chaney of Chelsea; and his sibling-in-law Glenn.
