He is survived by: his wife Janice Gore Campbell; his sons, Matt Campbell (Krystle) and Jarrod Campbell (Robin); his grandchildren, Caroline Olivia Campbell, Emily Claire Campbell, Catherine Michelle Campbell, Elizabeth Monroe Campbell and Matthew Scott Campbell; and his siblings, Susan Campbell Ellis (David) and Timothy D. Campbell.
