He is survived by: his brother James "Pete" Fields; his children, Terell Fields (Vickie), Diane Blankenship and Jason Fields (Bobbie); and his great grandchildren, Terell Jr., Cherish Rowe (Jimmy), Cody, Nick (Kelsey), Brooklynn, Kloey, Paxton, Parker, Ryker and Jaxson.
