She was predeceased by: her parents, Forney H. Naylor and Jennie Z. Naylor; and her siblings, Joyce N. Finney, Dora N. Marsh, Mamie N. Gilbert and David E. Naylor.

She is survived by: her husband Leon B. Gibbs Jr.; and her siblings, Elaine N. Watson, Billy H. Naylor and Phillip A. Naylor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
