She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Lowe and Charles Patterson; her grandparents, Barto and Lessie Lowe; her parents-in-law, Robert and Susie Hodges; her sister-in-law Robina Linder; her brothers, Wilmer Martin and Louie Frank Patterson; and her aunts and uncles, Clarence Holley, Barto Lowe Jr., James Lowe, Murlene Brown and Dazarine Lowe.
She is survived by: her significant other Robert Hodges; her children, Gwen Bruner, Malisa Hill, Shunda Rivers (Morris), Carolyn Hill, Frankie Hill, Becky Williams (Kendell), Todd Hodges, Scott Hodges (Angie) and Danny Hodges; her grandchildren, Bryson of Shavoz, KJ, Ben, Tony and Jordan; her siblings, Mary Patterson, Robert Cade (Paula), Walter Cade (Cynthia), Mary Johnson (Dan), Roosevelt Cade, Daniel Cade (Melba), Rebecca Clausell, Yolanda Davis, Michael Cade (Sandra) and Earnest Cade (Pam); her aunts, Alice Taylor (Frank) and Gladys Battle (John); her godmother Catherine Swinton Walker; and her goddaughter Angela Duncan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Mother's first job was at RSVP where she was a secretary.
