She is survived by : her sons, Jeff Blackmon and Michael Blackmon (Sarah); her grandchildren, Kayla Webb (Jessie), Hayden Fomby (Chasen), Anisten Blackmon, Coburn Blackmon, Ethan Blackmon, Wiley Blackmon and Jayden Middleton; her siblings, Merrele Hernandez and Roland Coburn (Nancy); her close friend Rhonda Bees; her niece Ginger Fennell (Andy); her nephew Adam Hernandez (Calene); her great-niece Caitlyn Hernandez; and her great-nephew Ethan Hernandez. She is also survived by her friends and family and spending time with her grandchildren.
