She was predeceased by : her husband Wilton "Bud" Tolin; her grandson Jaden Heath Tolin; her sisters, Ruby Faye Waters and Elma Sue Waters Johnson; and her parents, Elmer Waters and Estelle Joiner Waters.
She is survived by : her children, Jason Tolin, Vicki Blackburn, Kevin Tolin and Melisa Long; and her sisters, Inez Booker, Versa Mae Higdon, Vera Calhoun and Eva Nell Hallford. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
