She is survived by: her children, Kathy Ann Hornsby (Bill) of Pike Road and William Neal Hand of Goldville; her grandchildren, Matthew Blake Hornsby and Brian David Hornsby (Kayleigh); her great grandchildren, Kathryn Mae Hornsby and David William Hornsby; her sister Cordell Bishop of Daviston; and her half-siblings, Emma Jean Humphrey of Valley and Franklin Barker of Smiths Station.
