She was predeceased by : her sister Deborah Turner McClain; and her father William E. Smith. She is survived by : her husband Richard Bealis; her children, Angela McKneely, Michelle Langley, Charissa Erickson, Ronald Barnes and Joey Bealis; her siblings, Larry Smith, Jimmy Smith, Ernestine Polk and Mary Lee Oldham; and her grandchildren, Meagan, Kayla, Lindsey, Courtney, Caitlin, Matthew and John Ray. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
