He is survived by : his wife Elba Lynn Starnes; his children, Jennifer Starnes (Ronny), Christy Willcutt, Toby Blackwell (Johnny), Teresa Finch, Brandie Bryant, Brittany Buchanan, Michael Lee Starnes (Leslie) and Anthony McCrackin (Amanda); his siblings, Wayne Starnes (Candy), James Plowman (Kim), D. J. Starnes (Brenda) and Beth Fisher (Eddie); and his sister-in-law Sandra Plowman. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
