He was predeceased by : his children, Chris and Lisa; and his parents, Samuel Grover Plowman and Hassie Morrison Plowman. He is survived by : his sons, Chuck Plowman (Tammy) and David Plowman; his grandchildren, Hope Lankford (Jay), Grace Plowman, Kristen Plowman and David Plowman, Jr.; his great grandchild Rainey Claire Lankford; and the mother of his children Mary Plowman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
