He was predeceased by: his parents, William V. Vice and Ruby J. Vice; his daughter Betty Carroll Neal; his stepdaughter Brenda L. Rowell; and his brother William Harold Vice.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Cowart Vice; his children, William Dennis Vice, Thomas James Vice, Mark Kevin Vice (Rita), Gina Kelly Cochran (Thomas) and Sarah Diane Cotterman (Todd); his grandchildren, Rachel Lynn Jackson, Alisha Kay Burks (Matt), Mark Kevin Vice Jr., Thomas Christopher Vice, James Brett Vice, Gaela Gardner (Justin), Jessica Gladden (James), Jason Vice and Thomas Alexander Cochran IV; and his siblings, Faye Bragg (Harry) and Hollis Ray Vice (Gloria). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
