Mack Lawler Tate Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mack Lawler Tate of Graysville, Alabama, who passed away on July 21, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Thelma Yarbrough Tate; his parents, Claude Lester Tate and Flora Marie Lawler Tate; and his siblings, Claude Lamar Tate, Billy Lester Tate, Jack Howard Tate, Martha Lou Tate Brewer and Edwin Lee Tate.

He is survived by : his son Rev. Russell M. Tate (Phyllis) of Alabaster; his grandchildren, Tyler Tate (Ruth) of Wilmore, Kimberlee Tate Brooks (Stephen) of Rogers, AR, Annsley Tate West (Richard) of Rogers, AR and Andrew David Tate of Alabaster; his daughter Teresa Tate Thomas (Michael) of Cairo, GA.; and his grandchildren, Mitchell S. Thomas (Kaitlan) of Merdianville, Jeremy T. Thomas of Cairo and Tessa M. of Cairo.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be given to Graysville United Methodist Church.
