It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ozelle Holland of Graysville, Alabama, who passed away on April 29, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace McClellan and Luna Laney McClellan; her husband Robert C. York; and her brother Mitchell McClellan. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Payne, Jim York (Janice Tate), Susan York (Darryl Warren) and Joyce Whittaker (Robert); her stepchildren, Victoria Holland, Stephen Holland (Mary), Janice Sheppell and Rhonda Kobylarz; her grandchildren, Courtney Payne, Adam, John York, Caitlin, Laney and Robert Whittaker, Jr.; and her brother Newman McClellan. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
