It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lila Mae Lewis Branum of Greenville, Alabama, who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Lewis and Janie Mae Lewis; her brother James Edward Lewis; and her granddaughter Tabitha Ann Hay. She is survived by : her husband Mowbra Branum; her sisters, Dot Duke and Birdie Carr; her sister-in-law Dorothy Lewis; her daughters, Joyce Branum Hay and Alice Branum Alford; her grandchildren, Melissa Mathews (Todd), Hunter Hay, Gina Marion (Michael) of Barry, Anne Carol Estopinal (Tyler) and Hudson Branum; her great grandchildren, Hayden Wilson, Lila Grace Wilson, Brandon Tucker, Brittany Tucker, Brianna Totty, Harris Totty, Ethan Alford, Branson Alford and Avery Alford; and also Glenn Branum (Nancy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that anyone consider a contribution to Spring Hill Baptist Church or to the American Cancer Society.
