It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Dare Braxton Foster of Greenville, Alabama, who passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Leroy Foster; and her parents, Beatrice Braxton and Leo Braxton. She is survived by: her son Wade Parker (Jana); her grandsons, Leo, Alan and Ben Parker; her stepgrandson John Ward; her stepson Stanley Foster (Kim); her brothers, Evin Braxton (Laura) and Tom Braxton; and her siblings-in-law, Danny Foster (Louise), Betty Kidd and Linda Hummel (John). She is also survived by his three brothers.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery (104 Damascus Rd, Greenville, AL 36037).
