She was predeceased by: her son Jeffrey B. Suggs; her grandchild Jennifer Suggs Shelton; and her brother William B. McPherson II. She is survived by: her husband Willard C. Suggs of Gulf Shores; her children, Barry C. Suggs (Laura) of Louisville, KY, Susan S. Beasley of Foley, Amanda L. Hamilton (Michael) of Orange Beach and Angie C. Dennis (Jason) of Daphne; her grandchildren, Taylor Suggs, Andrew Beasley, Tyler Fields, Lauren Beasley, Olivia Hamilton and Whitney Collins; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Smith.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to her church or one's favorite charity.
