With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wannah Thompson of Gulf Shores, Alabama, who passed away on June 10, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband David W. Thompson. She is survived by : her daughters, Shannon Boatwright (Tommy) and Lesley Thompson of Gulf Shores; and her brothers, Dennis Sawyer of Siler City, NC and Wesley Burger of Gulf Shores. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren, a large extended family and many precious friends.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions in Mrs. Thompson's name be made to Gulf Shores Church of Christ youth program PO Box 223 Gulf Shores, AL.
