He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloa Blankenship Balch and John Bradley Balch; his siblings, James Ira Balch and Lou Net Rickett Balch; and his son Paul Bradley Balch.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Taylor Balch of Guntersville; his daughter Dr. Suzanne Balch DeLacey (Deborah DeLacey) of Huntsville; and his grandchildren, Ana, Taylor and Benjamin DeLacey of Huntsville.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Crestwood Cemetery.
