It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Ann Salter of Haleyville, Alabama, who passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Richie and Truby Richie; and her brother Jerry Richie. She is survived by : her children, Melissa Harris (Greg) and Chris Salter (Kathy); her brother Ray Richie; her grandchildren, Alisha Harris (Jesse Comeens), Shaun Harris (Katie), Amanda Salter (Trevor Jordan) and Brittney Salter; her great grandchildren, Sage Comeen (Georgia Gulley), Jase Comeens, Anastazya Wisniewski, Austyn Overton and Ayrianna Salter; and her caregiver Julie Ables.
