She was predeceased by: her son Ezekiel "Zek" Petery; her parents, Dennis R Pounders and Ella Faye Pounders; and her brother Tommy Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Adam Fulwider (Jobi) and Sarah Petrey; her grandchildren, Ethan, Nathan, Kourtney, Logan and Haven; her great grandchild Isaac; her sisters, Barbara Mays (Donnie), Wanda Robitaille (Jimmy) and Judy Ozbirn (Glenn); and her caregivers, Emily Givens RN, Brandy Mitchell, Ariel Doskas, Mira Crumbly, Tracy Sparks and Jennifer Larder. She is also survived by nieces and nephews along with great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pinkard Funeral Home (27305 AL-24, Russellville, AL 35653). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
