She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Cook and Henrietta Crane Cook; her daughter Tina Sue Turner; and her siblings, Rufus Oneal Cook, Junior Jude Cook, Lawson Cook, Matalene Campbell, Florene Harris and Morris Eugene Cook.
She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Brakefield of Delmar; and her sister Willodene Harris of Alva, FL.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
