He is survived by : his wife Peggy Carter of Hamilton, AL; his sons, Timmy Wayne Carter (Kimberly) of Hamilton, AL, Tommy Carter (Heather) and Shady Springs of West, VA; his stepdaughters, Pam Hester of Hamilton, AL and Denise Pennington (Terrell) of Hamilton, AL.; his sisters, Barbara Harper (Ray) of Amory, MS, Rhonda Kizzire (Frankie) of Amory, MS and Connie Overton of Sulligent, AL.; and his grandchildren, Tanner Levi Carter, Keith Carter, Ryan Carter, Hailee Carter, Brycon Carter, Shawnah Otts (Paul), Shane Gilliland (Lori), Zack Hester, Nick Hester and Hannah Hester.
