He was predeceased by: his parents, Haston Taylor and Bessie Taylor; and his siblings, Hansel Taylor and Mary Sue McKinney. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Stanford Taylor; his children, Kris Wisecarver (Tommy Jr.) and Tina Taylor Bass; his grandchildren, Emily Tucker (Corey), Lacey Frederick (Bryan), Layton Wisecaver and Cody Bass; his great grandchild Dawson Tucker of Jake Frederick; and his siblings, Betty Duke, Ercell Taylor (Lou), Gene Taylor (Gloria), Earlene Emerson (Marshall) and Wanda Pitts. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
