He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Sartin Harper; his children, Laurie White, Mark Tracy Harper and Brittany Clark; his grandchildren, Jared Williams, Tyler Williams, Alison White, Grant Harper, Benjamin Harper and Liam Gordon; and his sibling Joy Bonnett of Karan Hunter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
