He is survived by: his mother Wanda Cox Skinner; his wife Beth Skinner; his children, John Chandler Skinner, William Keith Skinner, Porsha Hope Skinner, Levi Henderson and Jesse Steele; his grandchildren, Lydia Brooke Skinner, Emma Hope Skinner, William Clayton Skinner and Zailey Hannah Skinner; his siblings, Teresa Holland and Jeff Skinner (Bridget); his mother-in-law Beverly Owens; and his brothers-in-law, Dennis Owens and Brian Owens. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
