He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Waldroup (Gary), Sheila Lee (Tim) and Timothy Dill (Tonia); his grandchildren, Ashley Lockhart (Andrew), Matthew Dill (Shelby), Zach Ballard (Chelsea) and Sarah Ballard; and his siblings, Eleanor Inglis and Ralph Dill. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
