She was predeceased by : her parents, James Woods and Ethel Woods; her husband Timothy Joshua Jackson; her son Robert De Paemelaere II; her sister Kathy Jo Woods; and her nephew Travis Ravelo.

She is survived by : her children, Shannon Stewart (Jayson) and Jayden Jackson (Kaitlin); her grandchildren, W. J. Layth Stewart, Timothy Everett Jackson and Nora Estelle Jackson; her nieces, Linda Sufficool, Jennifer Morton, Chilaya Moore and Natawsha Vondrak; her close friend Audra Woodruff; and her goddaughter Bailey Laine Sims.
