Duke; her children, Anthony Duke (Meagan), Adam Duke (Hannah) and Amanda Welton (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Ella Duke, Emmy Kate Duke, Alyssa Duke, Millie Duke, Colton James Buckelew (Angel Wren), Karson Lain Buckelew and Harvey Duke; and her siblings, Nora Pannell, Ann Swayze and Bobby Micheal Campbell.
