She is survived by: her husband Harold Lee (Pete); her son Jeff Lee (Sheryl); her granddaughter Hannah Lee; and her sister Betty Ward.
In lieu of flowers, Barbara requested donations be made to the St. Vincent's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at St. Vincent's Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama.
