She is survived by: her children, Jerry Self (Pam), Judy Toone, Berthalene Counterman (Robert), Charlene Self and Darlene McCormick (Delane); and her grandchildren, Jason Self (Beth), Darcie Dean (Marcus), Dena Thomason (Jeremy) and Danielle Teague (Michael).
