He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harold Tapscott and Macy "Wilma" Copeland Tapscott. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Kay Tapscott (Segars); his children, Ken Tapscott (Christie) and Angie Thomas (Hugh); and his brothers, Bobby Tapscott (Karen) and Johnny Tapscott (Cindy). He is also survived by Four Grandchildren, Five Great Grandchildren.
