He was predeceased by: his parents, Estelle West Canant and Orman Canant; and his siblings, Joan Canant Mims and Orman Canant. He is survived by: his wife Vanda Canant; his children, Bobby Ray Canant (Shannon) and Laura (Mike); his stepsons, Darrel Weaver (April), Dennis Weaver (Cindy) and Steven Weaver (Amy); and his sister Betty Blackwell. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
