He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bud Collins and Mildred Louise Bost Collins; his wife Peggy Collins; his children, Bo Collins (Valerie) and Shannon Weissend Brandy (Ricky); his sister Phyliss Keel Susan Whitehead; and his grandchildren, Kolton Oden, Branch Miller, Raegan Weissend, Case Weissend, Brody Collins and Jaylen Collins. He was also cherished by his wife of 48 years, his children and his grandchildren.
