He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Owens and Ruby Owens. He is survived by: his wife Judy Owens; his daughters, Heather Edgecombe (Jarred) of Culpepper, Virginia and Sharron Casola (Paul) of Covington, Georgia; his grandchildren, Jordan Edgecombe (Hannah), Jessica Alford (Andrew), Jeffrey Edgecombe, John Allen Reynolds III, Morgan Reynolds, Lindsey Reynolds, Judson Reynolds, Haley Casola, Jake Casola and Isaac Casola; and his great grandchild Madison Alford.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Hospice of the Valley.
