He is survived by: his wife Linda Jo Horne of Trinity; his sons, Jeffrey Smith (Pam) of Hartselle and Eddie Smith of Somerville; his brother Monty Horne (Ellen); and his grandchildren, Zachery Smith, Megan Smith and Haley Rivera (Ray).
