She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, J. H. Tolbert and Marie Cagle Tolbert; her husband Frank Burks; her daughter Wanna Fay Reeder (Paul C.); her grandson Robert Daniel Dobbs; her sister Betty Lollar; and her sisters-in-law, Mavis Hale and Christene Tolbert. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
