She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Webster Sapp and Opal Evie Angle Sapp; her son Bobby Alan Welch; and her brother Tony Sapp. She is survived by: her husband Bobby J. Welch; her daughter Tara Sivley; her siblings, Paul Sapp (Sandra), George Sapp (Sheila) and Vivian Wade (Lloyd); and her grandchildren, Taylor Sivley, Trent Sivley, Tad Sivley, Trevor Hames, Lauren Hames, Leslie Hames and Maddie Hames.
