We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2019, at the age of 83, Carolyn Cook (Hartselle, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Edmond Holaway and Virginia Crumby Holaway; her husband Earl P. Cook, Jr.; and her brothers, Jimmy, Larry and Gerald Holaway.
She is survived by: her sons, Stan Cook (Sharon) and Van Cook; her sister Fay Miller; and her grandsons, Tyler Cook (Brandy) of Enterprise, Nicklaus Cook of Enterprise, Preston Cook of Enterprise and Zachary Cook of Enterprise.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to the Salvation Army.
