It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carroll Dean West of Hartselle, Alabama, born in Madison, Alabama, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Woodbury (Jeff), Sonya Whitt (David), Mechille Oden (Greg) and Michael West. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
