He is survived by: his wife Gail Garrison Kelso; his children, Delane Kelso (Sabina Oakley) and Delinda Milligan Shonda Cost (Mike); and his sister Barbara Puckett. He is also survived by Five Grandchildren and 4 Bonus, Four Great Grandchildren.
